MAKC KOI APPRECIATION EXPO AUGUST 27th, 2022

COME JOIN THE FUN!

MAKC KOI APPRECIATION EXPO

The Mid Atlantic Koi Club is holding its first "Koi Appreciation Expo", in conjunction with Beni Hanna Nishikigoi at 67 North Stumpy Road, Carneys Point, NJ. on August 27, 2022. Beni Hanna Nishikigoi is a Koi Breeder and Importer of high-quality Japanese Koi.

On May 7th, 2022, MAKC members and non-members visited Beni Hanna for a special MAKC event to purchase young, one-year-old Koi, referred to as Tosai from the Isawa Nishikigoi Center. These Koi have been held for grow-out until the MAKC Koi Appreciation Expo on August 27. The Koi will be reviewed for variety, body conformation, skin quality, pattern, and color, by a knowledgeable Koi person with the purpose of teaching what attributes to look for when purchasing a quality koi for your pond.

Those Koi Lovers, who were unable to come to the farm in person in May, can still be included in our Expo in August!  Beni Hanna Nishikigoi is offering the opportunity for MAKC members and non-members to purchase Imported Japanese Tosai Koi through our Mid Atlantic Koi Club Facebook pages and the direct link below. These Koi will be included with the MAKC group and left to be entered in the Expo on August 27. At the end of the day, all fish, including Koi purchased online, will be taken home!
